Student Counts (Funding)
This report displays the headcount, including demographics, of individual students taking courses funded by a particular campus. If a student takes courses funded by multiple campuses, they are counted at each campus where they took a course. So, duplication exists if campuses are added together. However, Total University headcount is not duplicated.
Student Counts (Physical)
This report displays the headcount, including demographics, of individual students taking courses physically located at a particular campus. If a student takes courses physically located at multiple campuses, they are counted at each campus where they took a course. So, duplication exists if campuses are added together. However, Total University headcount is not duplicated.
Student Headcount (CIP)
This report displays USF’s enrolled student headcount by CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs).
Student Credit Hours (CIP)
This report displays student credit hours by CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs).
Degrees Awarded (CIP)
This report displays Degrees Awarded by CIP (Classification of Instructional Programs).
This report provides average cumulative GPA and average Term GPA for all students by student level.
This report displays a matrix of how many rooms are being used by hour of the day and day of the week and detailed information about when and where courses are meeting.
Section Count by Size Range
This report displays the number of course sections taught within size ranges. Data are displayed for all courses or for a selected course type. Include remote learning courses or report them separately.
This report displays the distribution of grades at course level, including number and percentage within each grade.
Student Load Matrix (Counts by Homecampus)
What courses are your majors taking? How many credit hours are generated by students in your department? This report matches the student major to the course major and displays the fundable and gross course load that particular groups of students are taking, with the ability to drill down to an actual course list.
Course Demand Report (Enrollments)
This report lists the most popular courses (by student heads) taken by students using the students homecampus, college, department and major as filters.
Course Demand Report (Funding)
This report lists the most popular courses (by student heads) taken by students using the funding campus, division & department of the course as filters.
Course Load Matrix
Who’s taking your courses? This report displays the instances of enrollment and the credit hours generated by all types of students (students in the department of the course, students in the same college as the course, etc.) taking courses sorted by selected campus, college and departments.
Term to Term Enrollment
Select the beginning term and track to a selected ending term to find the number of students still enrolled. Cohorts tracked can include all students by type or sub-cohorts by gender and ethnicity.
This report displays the enrollment, graduation and retention activity of selected student cohorts. Cohorts vary by selected Report Type. At the Campus and College level, students are selected for the cohort by Home Campus and by the college of their first declared major.
IPEDS Retention Summary
This report displays a summary of the annual activity of IPEDS cohorts. Data are displayed at the system level with options to split the cohorts by the USF Main Campus and USF St. Petersburg (our two campuses with full-time FTIC cohorts).
This interactive application is to be used to track custom cohorts for retention purposes. It allows users to upload any group of students (identified by UID's) and track them over a 10-year period of time.
This interactive model shows the flow of IPEDS cohort students used for retention to various campuses across a 6 year period.
