Electronic IRB Submission Coming in October
TAMPA, Fla. (Sept. 25, 2009) -- After months of development and testing, the USF Division of Research Integrity and Compliance is rolling out eIRB, a web-based submission system designed to streamline USF IRB review of human research.
The rollout will proceed as such:
October 1, 2009 - eIRB will be open to all users for submission of new IRB applications
January 1, 2010 - eIRB will be mandatory for all new IRB applications
Spring 2010 – We will begin transition of paper applications to eIRB
