Robinson Joins School of Accountancy Faculty
TAMPA, Fla. (May 7, 2009) -- Michael Robinson, formerly from Arizona State University, will join the School of Accountancy faculty as a visiting assistant professor in the fall 2009 semester.
Robinson’s teaching interests are financial accounting at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and managerial accounting at the undergraduate level. His research interests include judgment and decision making within accounting and auditing contexts with specific focus on corporate governance, financial reporting quality, and audit regulation and practice.
Robinson is a PhD candidate at Arizona State and expects to complete the degree this semester. He earned a master’s degree at Arizona State, an MBA at The Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree at the University of the West Indies.
